“ рдзрд░्рдоो рд░рдХ्рд╖рддि рд░рдХ्рд╖िрддः”  ( Often written as рдзрд░्рдоौ рд░рдХ्рд╖рддि рд░рдХ्рд╖िрддः) is a famous Sanskrit phrase. Meaning: “If you protect Dharma, Dharma will protect you.” Explanation: рдзрд░्рдо (Dharma) = righteousness, moral duty, ethical living, truth, justice рд░рдХ्рд╖рддि (rakshati) = protects рд░рдХ्рд╖िрддः (rakshitah) = the one who protects ЁЯСЙ So the deeper meaning is: If a person follows the path of truth, honesty, and righteousness, then those very principles will safeguard that person in life—whether in difficult situations, decisions, or consequences. Simple understanding: Do what is right → Right will protect you Follow ethics → Life becomes stable and meaningful. This idea is strongly reflected in texts like the Manusmriti and aligns with teachings from the Bhagavad Gita. If you want, I can also give you a short Marathi explanation or a real-life example ЁЯСН Here’s a simple real-life example to understand “рдзрд░्рдоो рд░рдХ्рд╖рддि рд░рдХ्рд╖िрддः”: Example: Honest Employee Suppose a person works in a company’s acco...
karma and Prarabdha __________________________   In our lives there are many things on which we don't have any control. Why someone is born in middle class family or rich family or poor family , we don't know the answer, nor we can change it.  Why one is not as tall as other person or as strong as other person, there are no answers .  It is said that  these things are controlled by your past deeds ( karma ) in earlier births and that type of karma is called 'prarabdh'  or Niyati. What is going to happen is also not known but to a large extent depending on the efforts one takes , future can be better. There is no guarantee that excellent efforts done today  will give good results in the future but chances of better results definitely increase.  What we do today is in our hand ,is in our control to some extent. It is however almost certain that if one does not put any efforts then the results are likely to be bad.  Bhagwat Geeta tells tha...

7 Habits........Brief

Stephen R. Covey’s renowned book,  The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People , outlines a framework for personal and interpersonal effectiveness based on character development rather than mere personality tricks. The habits represent a progression from dependence to independence and, finally, to interdependence.  1 Be Proactive Focus: Take initiative and responsibility for your life rather than reacting to circumstances. Key Idea: Focus on your "Circle of Influence"—the things you can control or influence—rather than the "Circle of Concern" (things you cannot). 2 Begin with the End in Mind Focus: Create a clear vision of your destination or personal mission statement. Key Idea: All things are created twice: first in the mind (mental creation), then in reality (physical creation). 3 Put First Things First Focus: Personal management and prioritization. Key Idea: Focus on what is important, not just what is urgent, by organizing your time around your highest priorities...
EISENHOWER  MATRIX History. The Eisenhower Matrix is named after the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, who served in office from 1953 to 1961. He was the only American military general who got elected to President post. The Eisenhower Matrix is commonly known as the Urgent-Important Matrix, the Eisenhower Box, or the time management matrix. It is a task-prioritization tool developed from a quote by Dwight D. Eisenhower that helps categorize tasks into four quadrants based on their urgency and importance to improve productivity and decision-making. Dwight had to make tough decisions continuously  of the many tasks he should focus on each day. This finally led him to invent the world-famous Eisenhower principle, which today helps us prioritize by urgency and importance. The president who was required to decide something everyday told First time 4 Ds of managing the time. The  4 Ds  are           Delete  ...
