STOP THE FLOW OF VENOM
In the year 1528 Babar invaded India and to demonstrate his strength He demolished hundreds of temples.He knew that Rama is worshipped by most Hindus so he deliberately constructed the mosque after demolishing the temple. He himself never went to Ayodhya but his lieutenant Mir Kasim attacked Ram Janmabhumi and constructed mosque which was named after cruel king Babar.
Since then several battles were fought for the land where Ram was born.More than 100000 persons sacrificed their life in an attempt to conquer the Janmabhumi and  restore the Hindu pride. Some Mugal kings who were clever gave some small space for Mandir where Pooja was offered in 16th and 17th centuries but Mosque stood in tact.. For Britishers it was a ready made issue to divide Hindus and Muslim communities and they never made any serious attempt to resolve the issue.
After independence great leaders like Sardar Patel and B R Ambedkar were of the opinion that Hindu pride be restored by renovation of 4 places which were
1 Somnath (Mahmud of Ghazani
was the main  culprit and the temple was broken for more than  10 times by different Muslim invaders between 971 and 1098)The history of continuous plundering and destroying lists attack by Allauddin Khilji in 1297 AD, Mohammed Begeda in 1479, Mujaffar Shah II in 1503 and finally by Aurangazeb in 1701 which was the worst of all attacks when a great wealth was stolen and a large number of people were killed.
In 1783  Ahilyabai Holkar improved condition of the temple as she was great devotee of Shiva.
The Jyotirlinga was reinstalled once again on Friday the 11th May 1951 at 9.46 A.M by the then president of India Honourable Dr. Babu Rajendra Prasad in a very grand ceremony.
The great iron man  Sardar Patel led the project much against wishes of then Prime Minister  Jawaharlal Neharu

4  Kashi vishevanath  temple.

.For the last two , Mugal king Aurangzeb was the culprit . He charged " Jizia " tax and ordered demolition of several temples.
Since Somnath issue was resolved way back in 1951 no-one even talk about the historical misdeeds now.

Hindus have very broad heart and they have pardoned Muslim community which destroyed over 30000 small and medium size  temples.and even today at Mathura and Kashi we can observe the misdeeds committed by   then Muslim community.

Since last 27 years when Babari was rightly razed by mob , in India Ayodhya dispute is hot topic and we have been wasting time and there is no focus on the real issues like poverty illiteracy, poor health .It is certain that even if Ayodhya dispute is resolved next in the "Q" are Krishna Janmabhumi and Kashi Vishwanath temple. We must ask ourselves that  Are we going to face same music again and defer the real development related issues ?
 
Hindus have shown patience for several centuries but that doesn't mean in such a big country we should get dominated time and again and simple demands are not met.
Muslims are going to loose nothing if they agree to restore original Mathura and Kashi temples.Here one is assuming that in Ayodhya Ram temple at very site of Ram Janmabhumi will now be constructed soon.  There Muslims seem to have have no option but to agree.After Ram temple construction it is very important to do correction at Mathura and Kashi.
Why this is important  ?

It is extremely important to restore the pride of Hindu community because if that is not done venom between Hindus and Muslims will keep spreading .How venom spreads? .,No need for anyone like RSS or Hind or Vishwa Hindu Parishad or Muslim Mullas to make adverse  comments or allegedly  stupid statements .......venom spreads as a.natural consequence of not correcting the misdeeds.

In India people walk in the month of Shravan and travel bare  footed  from important places of worships to their homes . No one can stop these religious March and peaceful walking which is happening since ages. When the persons who walk long distances and   reach their villages they are  the heroes and people literally garland and worship them and listen intently to their experiences. They tell whatever they observe. If they observe mosque over a temple they tell that fact to all others....if they observe Mosque over Krishna Janmabhumi they exactly tell that..As a result every year many people communicate to others about the misdeeds done to our sacred places and the result is  natural spread of venom  in the minds. of thousands of people who then start hating not only old Muslim rulers, but also Muslims around them who have done nothing wrong in destruction of temples. 
The only way to stop  this venom spreading  is to do correction at the source thereby people who walk long distances and become heroes start seeing the corrected things instead of misdeeds of ancient cruel rulers.

Most of the  Indians of new generation don't want to waste  any more time and they want to start tackling real issues before our nation.
For this Hindus and Muslims must come together and do the required  corrections in next one year time, else politicians will be more than happy to rake up these  issues ( issues are real but not urgent and will be big hurdle in our progress if politicians snatch them and  if not resolved amicably )
One expects better sense will prevail especially in the Muslim community leaders and Hindus will not be forced to make agitations for their bare minimum demand of correcting historical misdeeds. The responsibility of stopping the spread of venom lies on both the communities and it is high time and wonderful opportunity  for Muslim leaders to show that they also have broad heart

FALL  IN   LINE 43 years back I attended one lecture of noted management expert and teacher , Professor Sharu Rangnekar and later  read his  one small and wonderful   book titled " In the wonderland of Indian Mangers".I honestly feel that no one has described  management style and work culture of  Indian Industries better than professor Rangnekar. Since then I have been a silent observer of the people I have met in various industries.
